Recently, CHINA DIECASTING, a grand event of the domestic DIECASTING industry, has come to a successful conclusion. At this exhibition, CSMET showed a variety of new die-casting alloy materials, which can be widely used in auto parts, 5G, digital 3C and other fields to meet customers' diverse procurement needs.

Light spot 1: No heat treatment 
EZCAST -NHT is a non-heat treated alloy imported and patented by CSMET from Alcoa.The alloy has excellent foundability, high heat cracking resistance.The as-cast mechanical properties are comparable to the T5/T6 state of common high-pressure die-casting alloys, which can replace the conventional aluminum alloy material requiring T6 heat treatment, and can be welded and riveted, contributing to the low cost and rapid production of high pressure die-casting of automobile thin structure parts.
Light spot 2: Excellent reliability and economy
The innovative A354 VersaCast alloy has excellent fatigue resistance and casting characteristics of 3-series alloys, which can meet the requirements of high strength and high elongation of demanding structural parts under lower cost and lighter weight, making it an ideal choice for aluminum alloy parts.
